By accessing or using the Worklitt platform (worklitt.com and app.worklitt.com) operated by Enhance ROI Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the services.

2. Workspace Roles & User Responsibilities

Users operate within defined workspace permissions:

• Workspace Owners & Managers: Responsible for member access permissions, sprint assignments, billing oversight, and workspace content management.
• Team Members: Responsible for maintaining accurate time tracking logs, updating assigned sprint task statuses, and adhering to company policies.
• Guest & Client Accounts: Granted restricted view/chat permissions strictly to review designated deliverables and participate in project threads.

3. Free Forever Plan & Paid Subscriptions

Worklitt provides a comprehensive Free Forever Plan ($0) with full operational functionality across all 8 modules. Optional paid enterprise tiers or custom storage add-ons are billed transparently without hidden fees or surprise user seat surcharges.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Worklitt web application or desktop client.
• Use the platform to store or transmit malicious software, unauthorized spam, or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass security measures, authentication controls, or guest access boundaries.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, design systems, vector animations, code base, and platform interfaces are the exclusive intellectual property of Enhance ROI Technologies. All workspace content uploaded by users remains the 100% exclusive property of the respective workspace owner.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enhance ROI Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, network delays, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
