• Account & Identity Data: Name, work email address, company profile, workspace name, avatar images, and billing contact details.
• Workspace & Operational Content: Sprint tasks, project lists, team chat messages, knowledge base SOP wikis, quarterly OKR targets, and video call telemetry.
• Desktop Time Tracking & Proof-of-Work Logs: When using the Worklitt desktop application, time entries logged against assigned tasks and automated interval desktop screenshots captured solely while active timers are enabled by the user.

3. How We Use Your Information

Worklitt uses collected data exclusively for the following operational purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and optimize our operations platform and desktop tracking features.
• To enable real-time workload visibility, sprint capacity analytics, and proof-of-work reporting for workspace managers and clients.
• To process support requests, technical engineering tickets, and account notifications.

4. Desktop Time Tracking & Screenshot Security

Desktop time tracking and interval screenshot captures only occur when a user explicitly clicks "Start Timer" on an assigned task inside the Worklitt desktop client. Tracking automatically pauses when the timer is stopped or when the computer enters an idle state. All uploaded screenshots are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and stored securely with strict workspace access controls.

5. Data Protection & Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or workspace data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting and database partners) strictly necessary to run the Worklitt platform under confidential data processing agreements.
